Hola! This is Carolina
I was blessed with a special start in life, born in Medellin, Colombia.
Growing up in what was then considered the most dangerous city in the world, gifted me with experiences that gave me the courage and determination to follow my dreams, allowed me to move up, and brought me to where I am today.
Until four years ago, my life was unfolding exactly as I had envisioned: My corporate career in the automotive industry was progressing nicely, and I had managed to build a secure life in Europe.
But suddenly, I began to sense an inner restlessness that I couldn't explain. I felt I wasn't living up to my full potential or playing the music I was meant to play.
Soon after, I started to lose the overall sense of purpose in my work. I was lost and ended up going down a spiral that made me touch rock bottom.
But then I started to look inward...

Frustrated by the fact that it was hard to find the right support in Germany to help me understand and navigate these feelings, I had to look inward for answers. Then I reconnected with my childhood passion for stories of heroic figures. Exploring how people like Da Vinci achieved greatness and what prevents others from reaching their full potential became my newfound passion.
My pain was an immense wake-up call that finally reached a decibel that I could no longer ignore. But it was through the silence of this experience that I found all the answers. I realized that if I could learn how to connect with my inner wisdom and let it guide me to build the life of my dreams, I could help others do the same.
I decided to follow my heart and quit my job, so that I could devote myself to becoming a certified coach and building Mona Lisa Soul. As a result, I am finally in a place where I feel aligned with my personal mission: help people like you to access their inner power and unlock their full potential and find their very own personal destination.
